About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in public accounting within the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) Energy group. You will work alongside professionals on client engagements, contribute to projects, and gain exposure to associate-level responsibilities.
What you'll do#
- Handle accounting tasks, technical research, and ERP implementations for clients.
- Learn and apply professional communication standards through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Build internal networks and relationships across the firm.
- Gain a deep understanding of client operations, business objectives, and processes.
- Communicate ideas clearly and practice active listening.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting with a graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028.
- A plan to be CPA-eligible within 18 months of finishing the internship.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
- Ability to take initiative and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
