About the role#
This paid internship provides hands-on experience in public accounting. You will work alongside experienced team members and leaders, gaining exposure to the day-to-day responsibilities of an associate. The program runs from January through April 2028.
What you'll do#
- Participate in client engagements and support tax compliance and consulting projects.
- Prepare tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts.
- Work with team members to deliver tax planning and consulting services.
- Gain exposure to various tax disciplines, including federal income tax, corporate taxation, state and local tax, and international tax matters.
- Build your professional network through interactions with clients and colleagues.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
- Anticipated graduation date of December 2028 or May 2029.
- A plan to be CPA-eligible within 18 months of completing the internship.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- Availability to work full-time from January through April 2028.

- This is an on-site role.
- Locations include Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Ft Worth, Plano, Odessa, and Midland, Texas, as well as Hobbs, New Mexico.
