About the role#
As a Platform Services intern, you will work with IT administrators, engineers, and analysts. You will gain exposure to lifecycle management, infrastructure operations, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms. You will report to the Platform Services Manager while contributing to the reliability and modernization of critical enterprise systems.
What you'll do#
- Support infrastructure modernization projects including Windows Server upgrades, virtualization initiatives, and technology refreshes.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure platforms.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement efforts using PowerShell and other approved technologies.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and Platform Services runbooks.
- Support patch management, vulnerability remediation, and operational reporting activities.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information systems or Computer Science.
- Completed at least your Sophomore year of college.
- Hands-on support and troubleshooting experience with Windows.
- Experience with Windows Servers, VMWare, and Citrix is preferred.

- Compensation: $25.40 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
