About the role#
The Audit Analyst Development Program is a 2-year rotational experience designed for recent college graduates. You will gain exposure to various business areas to understand operations, strategies, and corporate culture. As part of Internal Audit, you will work within an independent assurance function that evaluates risk management, control, and governance. Participants receive a blend of training, coaching, and mentoring to build a foundation in the financial services industry. Successful analysts may be promoted to an Auditor role upon completion of the program.
What you'll do#
- Perform a variety of audit assignments to build knowledge of the audit function.
- Work under the guidance of experienced audit staff and managers.
- Contribute to an audit team by completing activities and following internal policies.
- Draft professional communications and document audit deliverables.
- Collaborate with peers and managers to achieve business goals.
- Participate in professional development, continuous learning, and training activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- 6+ months of experience in Audit or Risk, demonstrated through work, training, or education.
- Intermediate or advanced experience with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools.
- Previous audit experience at a large financial institution.
