About the role#
This position is for the 2026 Intern Conversion into the 2027 Consumer Banking and Lending Development Program. It is a full-time, two-year rotational experience designed to develop early-career professionals into business leaders. You will work across various areas of Consumer Banking, Lending, and Business Services, gaining exposure to strategy, project management, and operations.
What you'll do#
- Participate in formal onboarding and ongoing training to build technical skills and business acumen.
- Analyze data to extract insights and present recommendations to team members and senior leadership.
- Work on customer-focused projects that streamline internal processes.
- Gain exposure to strategy, project planning, and cross-functional management.
- Expand your professional network through cohort activities and collaboration with business leaders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- At least 6 months of work experience (this can include military experience, training, or education).
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, or SQL.
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills.
- The ability to act with integrity and apply appropriate risk controls.
- Majors considered include Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, and Marketing.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Charlotte, North Carolina, or Dallas, Texas.
- The role is paid and full-time.
