About the role#
The Finance Analyst Rotational Program is a two-year development program for recent graduates. You will complete two one-year rotations across the Finance organization to build leadership skills and business acumen. This program prepares you to transition into permanent roles within the company upon completion.
What you'll do#
- Participate in two one-year rotations across various Finance functions.
- Take ownership of key finance routines to develop core professional skills.
- Support and engage with teams including Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, Treasury, and Investor Relations.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership on strategic problem solving.
- Network with program alumni and Finance leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, or Business/Data Analytics.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Successful completion of the 2026 Finance Summer Internship Program.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
- Basic proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, or SQL.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
