About the role#
CAPTRUST is looking for a part-time Wealth Management Intern for the Fall 2026 semester in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers exposure to the day-to-day operations of a wealth management firm with a tax practice. You will work under the supervision of a Senior Client Associate and receive training on firm software and wealth planning processes. The position requires a minimum of 16 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your school schedule.
What you'll do#
- Assist with special internal or client-specific projects.
- Help the team prepare for client meetings.
- Attend client meetings in a support capacity.
- Participate in cash flow, estate, and cash management planning.
- Provide support to client services and administrative teams as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, specifically in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- A strong interest in individual taxation and wealth management.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to think critically and handle multiple tasks.
