About the role#
The Consumer Banking and Lending Internship Program is a 10-week summer experience. You will join a team focused on areas such as product, data analytics, strategy, or risk governance. This program provides exposure to cross-functional teams and hands-on assignments. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time opportunities after the program ends.
What you'll do#
- Receive formal onboarding and ongoing training to build professional and technical skills.
- Analyze data, extract insights, and present recommendations to team members and senior leaders.
- Contribute to customer-focused projects that streamline processes and identify best practices.
- Gain exposure to strategy, planning, and project management.
- Participate in a capstone project to solve a real business challenge and present your findings to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- At least 6 months of work experience or equivalent training.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot or NotebookLM.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, or SQL.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or Computer Science.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Format: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $40.87 per hour.
