About the role#
The Client Advisory Services (CAS) Intern supports staff with accounting issues, workpaper preparation, and the use of accounting software. This role involves collaborating with experienced Accounting, Tax, and Assurance professionals to deliver client services while maintaining a team-first approach to problem-solving.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and complete bookkeeping tasks and workflows.
- Download transactions into QuickBooks, analyze and review data, and record entries to the correct accounts.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Record and adjust journal entries as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in developing accounting knowledge and technical skills.
- Ability to adapt to a wide variety of projects at different skill levels.
- A coachable attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies and software.
