About the role#
We are looking for a Power Generation Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. You will work alongside experienced engineers to support the operation, maintenance, and performance of our power plant locations. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will gain professional experience and receive mentorship while contributing to our generating fleet.
What you'll do#
- Perform equipment inspections and investigate equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot operation and maintenance issues.
- Assist in managing small projects.
- Review and update technical drawings and procedures.
- Ensure all work adheres to established codes and standards.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 2.8.
- High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
- A valid driver's license.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

- Locations: Germantown, Concord, or Paris, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Pay: $23.10 to $27.55 per hour.
- This role is paid and includes company holidays.
