About the role#
Webasto Group is hiring for a Quality Internship in Plymouth-Detroit. This is a full-time, paid, on-site role with a rolling term. You will work directly with our quality team to maintain documentation and support process management.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and organize QMS documents, procedures, and forms to ensure they remain compliant with standards.
- Upload and manage files within our electronic systems.
- Control and manage changes to processes and equipment.
- Process operational deviations using the SAP system.
- Schedule and monitor layered process audits.
- Collect and structure data to support QMS reporting and analysis.
- Perform process audits and conduct checks against core documentation.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- You communicate well and work effectively in a team.
- You can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
