About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in San Francisco. You will join the Operations Planning team to help us scale and manage our autonomous fleet. This role is hybrid, requiring time spent onsite.
What you'll do#
- Design strategic frameworks and models to answer complex operational questions.
- Optimize depot throughput and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to present and prove out new initiatives.
- Improve the fidelity of our planning processes.
- Contribute to maintaining the Plan of Record.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with a focus on operations, supply chain, analytics, technology, or strategy.
- Experience building data-driven models to solve operational bottlenecks or make large-scale cost decisions.
- Ability to work independently while driving alignment between cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluency in Excel or Google Sheets and general data analytics skills.
- Executive communication skills.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis languages.
- A deep interest in physical operations such as transportation, manufacturing, or hospitals.
