About the role#
This summer internship focuses on the development and implementation of a central Salesforce tool. You will work within our operations team to bridge the gap between user requirements and technical execution. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Los Angeles.
What you'll do#
- Research cross-functional needs to determine which external systems require integration.
- Facilitate planning and design sessions for new user tools alongside our Salesforce Program Manager and external developers.
- Run feedback sessions to gather input from internal stakeholders.
- Support user teams as they transition into new tooling.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Background in design and program management.
- Experience in an AV or technical startup environment is preferred.

- Compensation: $50 per hour.
