About the role#
Vital Lyfe is hiring an Electrical Engineering intern for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles, California. You will work directly with our engineering team to develop desalination technology.
What you'll do#
- Design and optimize electrical components for desalination devices.
- Manage power systems and sensor interfacing to ensure hardware reliability.
- Use Altium and MATLAB for design and simulation tasks.
- Build and test development hardware in a hands-on environment.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, crouching, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Electrical Engineering degree program.
- Coursework or experience in circuit design.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, or material science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
