About the role#
Vestmark is looking for a Video Production Coordinator Intern to refresh our library of training videos for the VestmarkONE (PTE) platform. You will work with the Training and Education team to ensure our PTE Online Help library accurately reflects our updated user interface. This is a project-based role for a student interested in video production, instructional design, or education technology.
What you'll do#
- Review the existing training video library to identify content needing updates due to UI changes.
- Re-record and edit short-form training videos within the updated PTE Vogue environment.
- Produce polished, consistent content using screen-capture and video-editing tools.
- Perform editing tasks such as trimming, adding callouts and annotations, syncing voiceovers, and creating captions.
- Coordinate with the Training team to prioritize video updates based on product area and client needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Communications, Film/Media Production, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic experience with screen-recording and video-editing software.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure clean and consistent video content.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow structured scripts and take direction from subject matter experts.
- Interest in financial services, fintech, or enterprise software is a plus.
