About the role#
Vestmark is looking for an intern to help update our library of training videos for the VestmarkONE platform. You will work with the Training and Education team to ensure our video content matches our newly released user interface. This is a project-based role for a student interested in video production or instructional design.
What you'll do#
- Identify existing training videos that need updates due to UI changes.
- Re-record and edit short-form training videos to reflect the updated environment.
- Use screen-capture and video-editing tools to produce polished content.
- Collaborate with the Training team to prioritize production based on product areas and client upgrade schedules.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Communications, Film/Media Production, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic experience with screen-recording and video-editing software like Camtasia.
- Ability to follow structured scripts and outlines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to create consistent, professional video content.

- This role is based on-site in Wakefield, Massachusetts.
- The position is paid and full-time.
- We offer rolling internship terms.
