About the role#
Vestmark is looking for a Video Production Coordinator Intern to refresh our library of training videos. You will help update content for our software platform to reflect a newly released user interface. This is a project-based role for a student interested in video production, instructional design, or education technology.
What you'll do#
- Review existing training videos to identify those needing updates due to interface changes.
- Re-record and edit short-form training videos to match our existing library style.
- Use screen-capture and editing tools to trim footage, add annotations, sync voiceovers, and include captions.
- Collaborate with the Training team to prioritize production based on product areas and client upgrade schedules.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Communications, Film/Media Production, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic experience with screen-recording and video-editing software, such as Camtasia.
- Ability to follow structured scripts and outlines while taking direction from subject matter experts.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing consistent, professional video content.

- This position is based on-site in Wakefield, Massachusetts.
- The internship is paid and full-time.
- We offer a rolling start date.
