About the role#
Accertify is looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to help manage our brand across digital channels. This is a hands-on role where you will develop content, monitor social media activity, and analyze performance. You will work on both corporate and employer branding initiatives while exploring new tools to improve our outreach. This position offers the chance to build a marketing portfolio and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
What you'll do#
- Create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn using Sprout Social.
- Help maintain and improve our presence on YouTube.
- Monitor audience engagement and track performance against channel KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports to highlight trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage the content calendar and track projects using Asana.
- Support HR recruitment marketing by creating graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Research emerging AI and marketing tools for potential use.
- Assist with the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of the next intern.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a marketing, communications, or related program.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in digital content creation using tools like Adobe Express.
- Experience with Sprout Social or Asana is a plus.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Itasca, Illinois, with hybrid and remote options available.
- This is a paid internship at $20.00 per hour.
- The schedule is approximately 20 hours per week for a duration of 6 to 12 months.
