About the role#
OCV, LLC is hiring a Marketing Specialist Intern to work at our headquarters in Opelika, Alabama. This role supports our team in executing marketing campaigns across digital channels such as web, email, and social media. You will report to the Marketing Director or a Senior Marketing Representative.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the distribution of marketing materials and the coordination of marketing events.
- Support promotional activities including direct mail and web initiatives.
- Manage and maintain customer data in our company database.
- Prepare marketing presentations and promotional materials.
- Monitor social media platforms to track trends, insights, and audience feedback.
- Research competitor marketing strategies and digital content.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program for Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- An interest in marketing.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, part-time internship based in Opelika, Alabama.
- The position is paid and includes a 401K retirement plan with a company match of up to 3.5 percent.
