About the role#
ventureLAB is looking for an Innovation Space Operations Intern to assist with the daily operations of our facility and the member experience. You will work on projects focused on improving facility workflows, onboarding frameworks, and CRM data management. This role is based in our Markham office and involves working with property management partners and our tenant community.
What you'll do#
- Standardize onboarding kits, room allocation workflows in Skedda, and badge issuance protocols.
- Perform a data audit in Salesforce and Google Drive to update member records, organize contracts, and improve database accuracy.
- Create standardized tour guidelines, facility notice templates, and operational checklists for space management.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a post-secondary program in Business, Operations, Property Management, or Hospitality.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- An interest in community management, coworking operations, or facility administration.
- Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or booking software like Salesforce, Skedda, or Google Drive.
Location & details#
- Location: Markham, Ontario.
- Work Modality: On-site, 5 days a week.
- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: This is a paid role. Participants qualify for a monthly travel and meal allowance of up to $1,000, issued through semi-monthly reimbursements of up to $500.
