About the role#
Apprenticely is partnering with Lineup Booking Solutions to hire a Startup Operations & Growth Intern in Bentonville, Arkansas. This three-month internship places you directly alongside the founders to act as their operational right hand. You will support customer success, business development, and day-to-day operations while gaining experience across the business.
What you'll do#
- Manage opportunities in the sales pipeline to activate new venue partners.
- Research and identify prospective venues, artists, and community partners to support growth.
- Conduct market and industry research to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
- Guide artists and venues through the onboarding process and serve as a primary point of contact for support.
- Coordinate projects across business, marketing, and software development teams to keep priorities aligned.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, product launches, and community outreach.
- Help test new platform features and document bugs or usability issues.
- Attend meetings with venue owners, talent buyers, and community partners throughout Northwest Arkansas.
What you'll need#
- High curiosity and a strong interest in learning new technologies.
- Technical aptitude demonstrated through projects or experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter attitude with the initiative to figure things out independently.
- Ability to commit to 30 hours per week for three months.
- Current residency in Arkansas.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
Location & details#
- Location: Bentonville, Arkansas.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (requires being on-site twice a week and travel throughout Northwest Arkansas for partner meetings).
- Compensation: $15 per hour.
- Term: 3 months with potential to convert to a full-time position based on employer demand.
- Eligibility: Must be able to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.
