About the role#
This internship involves working with the land intelligence platform at Acres. You will report to the Customer Success Senior Manager and act as the main point of contact for enterprise customers. Your work will focus on helping clients use land data and analytics to make informed decisions. This is a full-time position that requires a mix of technical aptitude and relationship management.
What you'll do#
- Lead the onboarding process for new enterprise customers, including welcome calls and training.
- Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients to provide guidance and resources.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain CRM data to track engagement.
- Prepare and present business reviews that cover usage and achievements.
- Collect product feedback to help inform the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to solve problems.
What you'll need#
- Technical aptitude.
- Relationship management and customer engagement skills.
- Experience with data integrity management.
- Ability to perform analysis on customer usage and performance.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Data Science.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Compensation: $15 per hour.
- Duration: 3 months.
