About the role#
The Twelfth Ave Institute is a church-based apprenticeship program. It aims to develop individuals who want to make a spiritual impact regardless of their future career path. The program focuses on forming participants through spiritual practices, a biblical worldview, and ministry skills.
What you'll do#
You will work 20 hours per week and take two days off for rest. Your weekly responsibilities include:
- Attend youth staff meetings
- Participate in skill training
- Engage in theological development
- Contribute to general staff meetings and trainings
What you'll need#
We look for candidates with a background in Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy, Communications, or Human Resources. You should also possess:
- A commitment to spiritual growth
- A desire to serve in a church context
- The ability to work well in team settings
- A willingness to engage in training and development
- An openness to receive mentorship
Location & details#
This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship located in Kansas. The program operates on a rolling basis and does not offer sponsorship.
