About the role#
This internship sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology. You will build systems, automations, and infrastructure to support growth operations. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will work on CRM workflows, data pipelines, and AI-powered experiments to help the team reach customers and improve operational efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Build, manage, and optimize outreach campaigns using CRM platforms.
- Develop and automate email sequences and marketing workflows to nurture prospects.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify patterns in messaging and engagement.
- Experiment with AI and Large Language Models to streamline marketing and content creation.
- Assist with the creation of marketing content, including videos and promotional assets.
- Evaluate automation opportunities across the customer acquisition funnel.
What you'll need#
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret performance data.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Apollo.
- Interest in marketing technology, automation, and growth strategy.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the three-month duration.
- Must be a current Arkansas state resident.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Bentonville, Arkansas.
- Schedule: Hybrid, typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Term: Summer 2026, for three months.
- Compensation: $15 per hour.
- Potential for full-time conversion based on employer demand.
