About the role#
The Operations Integrator supports training operations by managing student records and coordinating course schedules. You will handle administrative functions for training events and ensure all student data remains accurate and current. This role requires maintaining records in line with contract requirements and supporting broader training management goals.
What you'll do#
- Administer student management processes, including tracking completion and attrition.
- Maintain, update, and monitor student information and records.
- Manage course schedules for current and future training events.
- Process student attrition actions and prepare Relief Memorandum documentation.
- Compile and maintain training execution statistics, such as training capacity, student input, and graduation rates.
- Prepare and submit Start and Completion Rosters within required timelines.
- Coordinate support requirements for training events and participate in synchronization meetings.
What you'll need#
- Experience in student management processes.
- Experience tracking student completion and attrition.
- Experience performing related administrative functions.
- An active SECRET security clearance, which must be maintained throughout employment.
- Ability to collect, maintain, and report training data.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple organizations and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
