About the role#
Reliant Mission partners with Illini Life Christian Fellowship to mobilize missionaries for ministry work. This role is open to students and graduates from various backgrounds, including Psychology, Political Science, Communications, and Human Resources. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Champaign, Illinois.
What you'll do#
The application process involves several stages to determine your fit for the ministry. You will complete an initial application and a ministry assessment. You will also undergo an evaluation of your emotional and character-based readiness for ministry work. A local interview with church leadership is required. Following these steps, Reliant and your church will review your information to reach an employment decision. If accepted, you will complete onboarding, which includes training and HR paperwork to prepare you for your role and the process of raising financial support.
