About the role#
ventureLAB is hiring two Founder Success Operations Interns to join the team in Markham. You will take ownership of specific optimization projects rather than performing routine administrative maintenance. This role supports the Founder Success team by improving internal systems and program structures.
What you'll do#
- Audit database structures and build reusable impact dashboard templates in Salesforce and G-Suite to track founder growth and cohort performance.
- Create a 30-day Founder Community Communications Playbook, including newsletter templates and engagement workflows for founder Slack channels.
- Refine the founder onboarding journey by designing a standardized intake checklist and a milestone tracking framework.
- Develop an Event and Mentorship Execution Toolkit with planning templates, run-of-show blueprints, and feedback collection tools.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Operations, Entrepreneurship, Technology Management, or a related field.
- A strong interest in startups, technology commercialization, and the Canadian entrepreneurship ecosystem.
- Baseline familiarity with analytical tools and database logic such as Salesforce, Google Sheets, or Excel.
- Strong organizational, planning, and written communication skills.
Location & details#
- This position is located on-site in Markham, Ontario, five days a week.
- The role is full-time and follows a rolling application process.
- Participants qualify for a monthly travel and meal allowance of up to $1,000, issued through semi-monthly reimbursements.
