About the role#
ventureLAB is hiring two Data Analytics Interns to support our Innovation Space and community department. You will work on projects focused on building data frameworks, auditing database integrity, and analyzing membership trends to improve operational performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Markham, Ontario.
What you'll do#
- Design standardized data structures and reporting templates to improve departmental communication.
- Build interactive dashboard reports to track operational outcomes and key performance indicators.
- Conduct cross-functional workflow reviews to identify data-sharing opportunities and process improvements.
- Execute a comprehensive data audit across existing records.
- Implement quality assurance standards within our systems.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management, or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical skills alongside organizational and written communication abilities.
- An interest in property operations and community management.
- Basic familiarity with spreadsheets and CRM tools.

- Location: Markham, Ontario (On-site, 5 days per week).
- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: This position is paid and includes a monthly travel and meal allowance of up to $1,000.
