About the role#
The College to Corporate Sales Internship Program offers hands-on experience at Vanguard. You will gain exposure to key sales organizations while leading assignments that contribute to the firm mission. This is a full-time, paid summer internship. Upon successful completion, you may have the opportunity to apply for a full-time role within our sales divisions or specialty programs.
What you'll do#
- Learn and practice sales skills, including relationship management, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
- Navigate industry ambiguities to identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Participate in personalized coaching and mentorship with program managers and buddies.
- Cultivate professional relationships within a network of colleagues.
- Lead assignments that contribute to the firm mission.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Candidates must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
