About the role#
The University of Notre Dame is hiring temporary Retail Associates to work within the Duncan Student Center. This role supports Campus Dining operations, which includes event management and hospitality services for students, faculty, and campus visitors.
What you'll do#
- Provide helpful service to all guests.
- Follow daily production lists and prepare food items.
- Stock inventory and load delivery vans.
- Maintain clean eating areas and wash dishes.
- Operate point of sale equipment for customer transactions.
- Adhere to food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving products.
What you'll need#
- Availability to work during home football games.
- Ability to manage your time well with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and listening skills, along with a positive and respectful attitude.
- Physical ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time.

- This position is based in Notre Dame, Indiana.
- Work is on-site.
- This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling term.
