About the role#
This is a temporary position for a student interested in a career in Human Resources. You will gain exposure to standard HR systems and processes by assisting with assigned projects at our Thomasville facility.
What you'll do#
- Support the site Human Resources Manager with administrative tasks, such as creating and maintaining personnel files.
- Update and change Human Resources documentation.
- Track employment data, including training records.
- Conduct proactive data audits and address any findings.
- Handle sensitive employee information while maintaining strict confidentiality.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in or graduation from a degree or certificate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Completion of introductory coursework in Human Resources is preferred.
Location & details#
- The role is based in Thomasville, Georgia.
- This is an on-site position.
- You will work Monday through Friday during standard office hours, with flexibility to accommodate your class schedule.
- You may occasionally spend time on the production floor, though most work takes place in an office environment.
