About the role#
The Talent Management team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining talent. In this role, you will help our team execute talent strategies that align with organizational goals, including succession planning, retention, and employee engagement. This internship offers the opportunity to explore various facets of human resources while contributing directly to the objectives of the Talent Management Centre.
What you'll do#
- Support the team with projects focused on employee engagement and experience, specifically through employee surveys.
- Implement talent management processes that align with company strategies and global practices.
- Assist HR business partners in identifying activities related to leadership development, training, and employee development.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the duration of the internship.
- Pursuit of a degree in marketing, commerce, or human resources.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- A working knowledge of both English and French to communicate with international colleagues, suppliers, and customers, as well as to understand technical documentation.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Work Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position requiring presence at our Longueuil facility from Monday to Friday.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
