About the role#
The Biospecimen Repository Core Facility is looking for a student to support daily repository and administrative operations. This role provides experience in a research environment with flexible hours to fit your academic schedule. You will report to the Program Director and work 10-16 hours per week for approximately 6 months.
What you'll do#
- Attach and organize blood collection and research records in electronic systems.
- Review and redact pathology reports and other research documents.
- Help identify publications supported by the Biorepository.
- Support biospecimen inventory management, including tracking, reconciliation, and data entry.
- Scan, file, and organize research and regulatory documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient and research information.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student.
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer skills.

- Employment type: Part-time, temporary.
- Compensation: Paid hourly, with a pay range of $7.25 to $25.00.
