    About the role#

    The Student Associate position provides part-time employment within University of Cincinnati departments. This role allows students to gain work experience while supporting the daily operations and services of the university.

    What you'll do#

    • Administer study questionnaires with TBI patients for follow-ups.
    • Process, document, and ship biospecimens.
    • Schedule patient visits and imaging appointments.
    • Perform data entry for ongoing clinical trials.
    • Coordinate with investigators to collect documents and signatures.
    • Manage regulatory document collection and uploading.
    • Support departmental projects, events, and initiatives.
    • Operate standard office equipment and software.
    • Maintain the confidentiality of institutional and student information.

    What you'll need#

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Enrollment at a secondary or post-secondary institution.
    • At least part-time enrollment status (one or more credit hours), except for summer terms.
    • Minimum age of 16 years.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • A desire to learn about Neuro research.
