About the role#
The Future Professional Advisor helps maintain a positive and safe learning environment at Paul Mitchell The School Boise. You will act as the primary liaison between the school management team and the student body. This role centers on coaching students and serving as an accountability partner to ensure they meet attendance, academic, and performance requirements.
What you'll do#
- Monitor school and student programs to ensure they run effectively.
- Create and manage the education calendar, clinic floor staffing, and the annual team training calendar.
- Provide ongoing support to both students and staff members.
