About the role#
The Future Professional Advisor serves as a bridge between the management team and the student body at Paul Mitchell The School Esani. You will maintain a safe, positive environment for students and provide the coaching they need to succeed during their time at the school. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Roswell, Georgia.
What you'll do#
- Coach Future Professionals and hold them accountable for their progress.
- Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and overall school requirements.
- Create and manage the education calendar and the clinic floor staffing calendar.
- Maintain the annual team education training calendar.
- Act as a primary point of contact for both students and staff members.
- Develop improvement plans when students fall behind on their goals.
- Ensure school policies and systems are followed consistently.
What you'll need#
- A strong background in advising or education.
- Excellent skills in communication, organization, and coaching.
- Experience with supervision, teamwork, and documentation.
- A genuine interest in the beauty industry.
- A solid work history with verifiable references.
- Professionalism and honesty in all interactions.
- Previous experience in a cosmetology school is preferred.
