About the role#
This is a year-round internship based in the Finance Department. You will gain hands-on experience by working on projects similar to those assigned to entry-level analysts. Opportunities exist within Contracts, Facilities, and Field Operations. You are expected to work 15-25 hours per week during the school year and full-time during the summer.
What you'll do#
- Learn and perform core business tasks, processes, and customer services.
- Support key operations including contract review, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Offer operational support to department managers.
- Develop and execute project action plans while performing team assignments.
- Build a network of professional contacts across the company.
- Assist with project management for various initiatives and complete administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Full-time student status with at least one year of college credits in Real Estate, Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to learn company accounting systems and databases.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal skills to develop working relationships.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
