About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations while preparing for future leadership roles. Interns work directly with mentors to complete warehouse improvement projects and learn how to support and develop teams within a modern, air-conditioned distribution environment.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience across various warehouse departments, including order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control, and facilities.
- Perform core warehouse functions such as picking, packing, and inventory management.
- Partner with a mentor to execute warehouse operation improvement projects.
- Develop leadership and teamwork skills by learning how to support warehouse staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior-status college student.
- Pursuing a degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related warehousing field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
