About the role#
This is a paid, full-time, 12-week internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site to help connect the company with French-speaking customers by adapting marketing materials and product information for the Canadian market. You will be paired with a dedicated mentor and participate in networking events and professional development sessions.
What you'll do#
- Translate and adapt marketing materials, product information, and customer communications.
- Review digital and print content, including web copy, product descriptions, and video subtitles, for accuracy and tone.
- Research terminology and utilize translation resources to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with internal departments and translation vendor partners to support localization efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Translation, Communications, English, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written).
- A specific interest in French-Canadian translation and supporting customers in Québec.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

- This position is based on-site in Pleasant Prairie, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Kenosha, WI; Waukegan, IL; or Glenview, IL.
- This is a full-time, 12-week summer commitment.
