About the role#
This paid, full-time summer internship offers the opportunity to gain professional experience by contributing to Uline's product marketing strategy. Interns work on-site to analyze customer data, support catalog development, and collaborate on projects that impact business growth. You will be paired with a dedicated mentor and participate in professional development sessions and networking events throughout the 12-week program.
What you'll do#
- Recommend new products by analyzing customer and competitor insights.
- Present product recommendations to leadership.
- Review customer feedback regarding product quality, information, and creative design to improve the customer experience.
- Analyze return reports to identify trends and reduce return percentages.
- Assist with the preparation of catalog layouts, including photography and copy for new product additions.
- Support catalog pagination and layout for mini catalogs and pamphlets.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior-status college student.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Science, or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Access and Excel preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A collaborative work ethic and a desire to learn.
