About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work alongside experienced sales professionals to gain hands-on experience in face-to-face selling. The program includes two weeks of professional sales training to develop your presentation skills and product knowledge. You will receive mentorship from Account Managers and department leaders throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Deliver customer service and support sales growth across accounts in your territory.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits to provide business solutions from the Uline catalog.
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings to share ideas and build sales skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college Sophomore or Junior.
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
- A hardworking, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work on-site.
