What you'll do#

- Research and identify TikTok and Instagram creators who align with the brand.
- Support influencer outreach, seeding coordination, and content tracking.
- Stay on top of viral trends and pop culture moments to inform marketing strategies.
- Help ideate and occasionally star in short-form content for platforms like TikTok and Reels.
- Assist with brand activations, including researching vendors and supporting on-site setup.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college (junior or senior standing preferred) or recent graduate status.
- Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Strong communication skills and a highly organized approach to managing deadlines.
- Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, and Canva.
- A genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and pop culture.
