About the role#
This paid, full-time internship offers hands-on experience within a warehouse environment during the summer of 2027. Interns will receive training on warehouse operations and collaborate with mentors on improvement projects to prepare for potential future leadership roles.
What you'll do#
- Gain practical experience in warehouse departments such as order fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, and facilities.
- Learn how to develop and support warehouse teams.
- Perform core warehouse functions including packing, picking, and inventory management.
- Partner with a mentor to execute warehouse operation improvement projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior-status college student.
- Pursuing a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Strong work ethic combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- This is an on-site position located in Lacey, Tacoma, or Olympia, Washington.
- The internship is full-time and runs during the summer of 2027.
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
