About the role#
This paid, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in warehouse operations during the summer of 2027. You will work on-site to learn core distribution functions and develop the skills necessary for future leadership roles. This position provides exposure to all levels of management and the opportunity to contribute to operational improvement projects alongside a mentor.
What you'll do#
- Gain practical experience across warehouse departments, including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control.
- Perform daily warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Partner with a mentor to execute projects aimed at improving warehouse operations.
- Learn how to develop and support warehouse teams to prepare for future leadership responsibilities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior-status college student.
- Pursuit of a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a dedicated work ethic.
