About the role#
This paid, full-time internship offers 3rd and 4th-year university students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a face-to-face sales environment. You will receive two weeks of professional sales training to build your product knowledge and presentation skills, followed by 16 weeks of field experience working alongside experienced Account Managers and sales leaders.
What you'll do#
- Deliver customer service and support sales growth across various industries within your assigned territory.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits to provide business solutions from the Uline catalog.
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings to share ideas, learn from Account Managers, and develop your sales skills.
What you'll need#
- Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written).
- Professional communication and presentation skills.
- A hardworking, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
- A reliable vehicle to conduct sales visits.
- Current enrollment as a 3rd or 4th-year university student in a field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Psychology, or Human Resources.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, 16-week internship for Summer 2027.
- Locations include Ottawa, Hawkesbury, Embrun, Carleton Place, and Cornwall, Ontario.
- Compensation includes an hourly rate, a phone allowance, and mileage reimbursement.
