About the role#
The Sensory Science Summer Intern will join our team in Springdale, Arkansas, for the summer of 2027. You will support the sensory team by evaluating product quality, consumer acceptance, and innovation. This role involves hands-on work, including planning sensory studies and preparing product samples. You will work alongside product development, culinary, and consumer insights teams to help drive product decisions.

- Plan and execute sensory studies.
- Prepare product samples for evaluation.
- Collect and analyze data.
- Communicate insights to cross-functional teams and leaders.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or higher education student.
- At least one semester of school remaining after the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in Food Science, Sensory Science, or a related field.
- Previous work experience in any field.
- Experience within the sensory discipline is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, and familiarity with Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and act as a self-starter.
- Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job.
- Your resume must include your expected graduation date and area of study.
