About the role#
This internship provides an entry point into Professional Services. You will work under the close supervision of a mentor or senior team member to support project management tasks. The role is full-time and on-site.
What you'll do#
- Handle project planning activities and internal project transitions using standard templates.
- Manage add-on projects for existing clients.
- Oversee project off-boarding by modifying project plans and outlining scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Schedule resources and monitor progress against project plans.
- Publish key dates and project issues using internal systems.
- Gather client feedback and take corrective action when necessary.
- Resolve roadblocks related to hardware, software, or third-party vendors.
- Communicate milestone completions and secure formal client acceptance.
- Conduct project completion meetings to transition clients to support services.
- Research basic invoice questions and assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Complete Contract Routing Team responsibilities, including contract setup and template selection, following specific training.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A strong interest in developing project management skills.
- Proven organizational and planning abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to solve problems and present solutions with guidance.
- A professional attitude and openness to feedback.
- Ability to seek guidance for task prioritization, conflict resolution, and negotiation.

- Locations: Lawrenceville, Georgia; Lakewood, Colorado; or Lubbock, Texas.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
