About the role#
Turner Construction Company is hiring a Marketing Intern for our Albany, New York office. This is an on-site, full-time position that runs from 2026 through August 2027. You will work with our business unit marketing team to support proposals, presentations, and general marketing efforts.
What you'll do#
- Support the production of business development proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Conduct research and update marketing databases, including sales leads, project descriptions, staff resumes, and client contact lists.
- Manage sales and customer-related data.
- Handle graphic production, content development, and digital asset management.
- Execute social media marketing tasks.
- Ensure all materials meet brand standards.
- Provide regular progress reports to your supervisor.
- Maintain professional interactions with employees, clients, and vendors.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university program for Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and proofread documents.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to learn new information quickly.
- Ability to take direction and complete tasks in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel as requested.
- Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week.

- Location: Albany, NY.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Minimum of 20 hours per week, with Monday through Friday availability preferred.
