About the role#
The Business Technology Intern provides part-time support to the Technology Team at Trinity Logistics. You will work on diverse project assignments across Product, Engineering, Project Management, Data, AI, and Automation. Assignments are based on current departmental priorities, offering a tailored experience that supports our business needs.
What you'll do#
- Support project assignments across Product, Engineering, Project Management, Data, AI, and Automation teams.
- Gather and document business requirements, user feedback, and feature research.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and coordination of development tasks.
- Track project timelines, report status, and coordinate special project initiatives.
- Compile, organize, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making.
- Research, test, and document AI tools and initiatives.
- Identify, build, and document automation solutions.
- Document resolutions, learnings, and outcomes.
- Participate in special projects and other assigned duties.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Foundational reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of accountability.
- Ability to learn and support new applications.
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Adaptability and a willingness to support varied project work.
