About the role#
We are looking for a Robotics Software Developer intern to help build new features for our robotics software stack and infrastructure. You will focus on long-term reliability while addressing existing bugs. This is a full-time, paid position based in Mississauga. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with three days per week spent in the office.
What you'll do#
- Write and maintain software using C, C++, and Python.
- Fix software bugs and participate in code reviews.
- Improve infrastructure components such as our updater software, CI/CD pipelines, and the Linux operating system.
What you'll need#
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Extensive experience developing software in C, C++, and Python.
- Hands-on experience working within a Linux environment.
- Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and real-time safe software development.
- An interest in exoskeletons.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
It is helpful if you have experience with PCB schematics, PCBA troubleshooting, Linux kernel modification, Rust, Go, or control systems.

- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 11, 2027, to April 30, 2027). We are open to 8-month or 12-month terms.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days onsite).
