About the role#
This summer internship offers a hands-on look at a career in technical sales. You will work within our service and equipment divisions, gaining insight into how we provide climate solutions for commercial and industrial buildings. The program runs for 12 weeks during the summer of 2027 and is designed to develop your skills in sales engineering, communication, and business operations.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with Sales Account Managers and our customers.
- Learn the design, application, and sale of HVAC systems and building controls.
- Attend sales meetings, business functions, and service calls alongside mentors.
- Participate in the full sales process from the start of a job to its completion.
- Act as a daily point of contact for customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Completion of at least your sophomore or 2nd year of study before the internship begins.
- A valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
