About the role#
This is a 12-week summer internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on a variety of assignments to gain exposure to marketing operations and strategy. The program includes leadership training, networking opportunities, and interaction with senior leaders. Interns may have the chance to interview for full-time post-graduate programs or direct hire roles upon completion.
What you'll do#
Assignments vary based on business needs. You may work on:
- Market research and segmentation
- Brand development and management
- Customer and supplier relations
- Channel development and management
- Demand creation and forecasting
- Digital marketing and social media development
- Tradeshows and promotions
- Product management
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a BS/BA in Marketing, Business with Marketing Emphasis, or Business Analytics with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- At least one previous internship or work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through campus organizations, sports, or work projects.
- Ability to collect and study market information to help make recommendations on products and services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- A proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Willingness to be mobile and relocate anywhere in the United States.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- The role is hybrid, with onsite work from Monday to Thursday and the option to choose your work location on Fridays.
- Locations include Davidson, North Carolina, and St. Paul, Minnesota.
